About Process

We started by mapping STAN’s complete investment workflow, from startup application and screening to due diligence, pitching sessions, and investment decisions.

Based on these processes, we implemented Pipedrive CRM with dedicated pipelines for different investment programs and configured automations to streamline communication and task management. We then designed and developed a new website with integrated application forms that automatically routed submissions into the CRM.
