About Process
We began by assessing the existing sales and marketing processes to understand adoption challenges, workflow gaps, and areas where the CRM was underutilized. Based on the findings, we designed and delivered a two-month training program covering CRM best practices, sales process management, marketing operations, and team workflows.
Working closely with PEK Transport’s sales and marketing teams, we focused on improving system adoption, establishing standardized processes, and creating a stronger understanding of how CRM data can support daily operations and decision-making. The result was a more aligned team, improved CRM usage, and a foundation for scalable sales and marketing growth.
