Every call logged against the right deal
We build call and CRM systems for clients. This is the one we built for ourselves, wiring our own telephony into the CRM so that no conversation lives only in somebody's memory.

Call history attached to the deal it belongs to
The phone is where most consulting work actually happens, so it is where we applied our own methodology first. Connecting telephony to the CRM gives every consultant the same footing on a call that we build for client teams, and gives the company a record of its own commercial activity that writes itself.
- Whoever opens a deal can see what was discussed and when, before dialling the number.
- Recordings and voicemails belong to the team, so cover during holidays or handovers no longer costs the client an explanation.
- Managers can examine calling performance without anyone compiling a report first.
- A follow-up is created from the conversation that prompted it, while the caller is still on the line.
- What we report to clients comes from the same activity data our own consultants work in.

Stamina
Stamina is a sales consulting and automation company. We design revenue systems and then run them: Revenue Operations, Sales as a Service and go-to-market strategy, from offices in Yerevan, Tbilisi, Dubai and Middletown, Delaware.
As a Pipedrive partner we cover implementation, integrations, consultation and training, so we see a CRM through its whole life rather than at the point of sale. Around it we work with a stack we maintain in practice: CloudTalk, Clay, Instantly, lemlist, Dexatel, Respond.io and Make.
Our engagements have covered events, renewable energy, angel investment, electrical engineering, software, freight, travel and real estate. What those clients had in common was not an industry. It was a point where the work outgrew the way it was being handled.
Everything we sell runs here first
We use our own company as the proving ground. Before an integration reaches a client engagement it operates inside Stamina, on live deals, with our own revenue depending on it.
Our pipeline is a client pipeline
Stamina's own deals sit in Pipedrive, configured the way we configure a client's: named stages, custom fields, automated activities. We meet the same constraints we ask others to work within.
Integrations are tested on live work
Telephony, messaging and enrichment tools are connected internally and used daily across four time zones before we recommend them. A tool that fails a consultant on a Friday afternoon never reaches a proposal.
Our reporting is built on the same data
Performance reviews, capacity planning and client updates all draw on activity the system captures by itself, which is exactly what we build for clients who want to manage from evidence.
Phone system connected directly to the CRM
The design principle was the one we apply everywhere: make the existing behaviour produce the data. A system that asks for an extra step after each call is the first thing dropped on a busy week, so the integration had to earn its place without being remembered.
Analysed the calling workflow
We looked at how calls were actually made and received across the four offices, and where tracking, visibility and follow-up management were breaking down. The gaps were not where people expected. Most lost information disappeared in the minutes immediately after a call ended, not during it.
Integrated CloudTalk with Pipedrive
Connecting the phone system to Pipedrive means every incoming and outgoing call is logged automatically as an activity. Logging stopped being an act of discipline and became a property of making the call, which is the only version that survives contact with a full calendar.
Linked each call to the right contact or deal
Calls attach themselves to the correct record rather than sitting in a separate log. That is what gives a consultant full context before picking up, and it is the difference between a call history that is searchable and one that is merely stored.
Configured analytics on volume, duration and outcome
Reporting was built on call volumes, durations and outcomes so performance can be examined instead of estimated. It answers a question consultancies usually avoid: not how many calls were made, but which kinds of conversation actually move a deal forward.
Opened recordings and voicemail to the team
Recordings and voicemail management were set up for the whole team rather than for individuals. A recording that only its owner can reach is a private note. Shared, it becomes the thing a colleague listens to before covering a client meeting, and the material new consultants learn from.
Can you see what was said on your last hundred calls?
If the answer depends on who took them, the knowledge belongs to individuals instead of the company. We connect the phone to the CRM so the record writes itself, then build the reporting on top of it.
