About Process

We started by analyzing GlobalDev Armenia's sales and marketing workflows, lead sources, and qualification process to identify operational bottlenecks. Based on the findings, we implemented and customized Pipedrive CRM around their existing sales methodology, creating a structured pipeline and an intelligent lead grading system that automatically prioritized opportunities based on fit and potential value.

We then connected LinkedIn outreach activities through Closely, ensuring all prospect interactions were synchronized within a single CRM environment.
