274% higher ROMI for a UAE point-of-sale platform

Fortis Digitals was managing leads and customers through disconnected processes and manual follow-up. Stamina made Pipedrive the centre of its revenue operation, automated the routine work and connected its key channels, so sales could scale without losing control.

A sales team that grew 78% on a system built to carry it

Adding salespeople to a manual process usually multiplies the confusion. Fortis grew its sales team by 78% and improved conversion at the same time, because every new hire joined a system with clear stages, automated routine work and shared visibility.

  • Return on marketing investment rose by 274%, as leads from every campaign were tracked through to a closed deal.
  • Sales conversion improved by 45%, driven by consistent, timely follow-up on every lead.
  • Sales, marketing and after-sales now work from one platform instead of separate processes.
  • Repetitive sales tasks run automatically, so the team spends its time with merchants rather than on admin.
  • Managers can see the pipeline and team performance in real time, without assembling reports by hand.
The Client

About Fortis Digitals

Fortis Digitals is a retail technology company providing an all-in-one POS and CRM solution for small and medium-sized businesses.

Based in the UAE, Fortis serves restaurants, retailers and service businesses. Its platform turns a card machine into a full point-of-sale system and adds QR table payments, a built-in loyalty programme and AI-driven insights, all managed from one dashboard. Hundreds of businesses across the Emirates run on it.

Selling to SMBs is a high-volume business. Each merchant is a relatively small account, so growth depends on handling a large number of leads quickly and consistently, then keeping those merchants engaged long after the first sale.

The problem

Growth held back by manual work and uneven follow-up

The company relied on disconnected processes and manual work to manage leads and customers. Limited visibility, inconsistent follow-ups and a lack of automation made it difficult to scale sales efficiently.

Disconnected processes

Sales, marketing and after-sales each worked in their own way and their own tools. Information about a merchant did not travel with them from one team to the next.

Follow-up left to chance

Without a system prompting the next step, some leads were contacted quickly and others waited. In a high-volume SMB market, that inconsistency translates directly into lost deals.

No clear view of performance

Managers could not easily see where leads came from, where they stalled or which campaigns paid off, which made it hard to decide where to invest and how to grow the team.

Pipedrive at the centre, with every channel connected

We started with an audit, not a software install. Once we knew where time and visibility were being lost, we built the CRM, automation and integrations around those gaps.

01

Audited sales and customer management

We reviewed Fortis Digitals' existing sales and customer processes to identify inefficiencies, manual tasks and gaps in visibility. The audit produced strategic recommendations that shaped every step that followed.

01

Implemented Pipedrive as the central platform

Pipedrive became the single place for managing leads, opportunities and customer relationships, configured to support sales, marketing and after-sales rather than sales alone.

01

Redesigned lead management

Lead tracking and qualification workflows were rebuilt so every enquiry is captured, assigned and followed up in a consistent way. Clear stages mean each lead has an owner and a next step.

01

Automated repetitive sales activities

Routine tasks were automated using Make, removing manual steps from the daily workflow. The time saved went back into conversations with merchants, which is where deals are won.

01

Integrated the channels merchants use

WhatsApp and Meta were connected to the CRM so leads and conversations flow into the right record automatically, and data moves seamlessly across teams.

01

Strengthened engagement, reporting and team skills

We improved customer interaction strategies to support loyalty, enhanced reporting so managers can see performance at a glance, and trained the team to use the system well. Enablement is what allowed new salespeople to become productive quickly.

Will your sales process still work when your team doubles?

Manual processes hold up with a few salespeople and break with many. We audit how your revenue team really works, then build the CRM, automation and reporting that let it grow without losing control.
