Armenian Speaking Sales Specialist (Junior)

Stamina is looking for a Junior Armenian Speaking Sales Specialist who is ready to own the full sales process from A to Z. From the first cold outreach to the signed contract, you will run the entire cycle: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing. You will also represent Stamina on the ground — at industry events, partner meetups, and community gatherings — to build pipeline through real-world relationships. Every deal you close becomes a new project for our Project Delivery Specialists.

This is a junior role with senior responsibility. You do not need years of sales experience, but you must be hungry to learn, disciplined with your pipeline, comfortable in front of people, and ready to be measured by results. We will give you the playbooks, mentorship, and tools to win.

The Role briefly

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will run the full sales cycle from A to Z in the Georgian market — targeting founders, decision-makers and business communities. You will find the lead, start the conversation, qualify the opportunity, deliver the demo, send the proposal, negotiate the terms, close the deal, and hand off cleanly to our Project Delivery team. On top of that, you will be Stamina’s face at events: networking, generating leads, and building the brand. You will be supported with training, scripts, sequences, and live coaching but the pipeline is yours.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Prospecting and Lead Generation

•       Build targeted lead lists of SMBs and mid-market companies in the Georgian market

•       Research prospects: industry, size, sales setup, decision-makers, and likely pain points

Outbound Outreach

•       Run daily outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

•       Book qualified discovery meetings on your own calendar

Events, Networking and Brand Presence

•       Represent Stamina at industry events, conferences, partner meetups and community gatherings in the Georgian market

•       Network with founders, executives, and partners to generate new pipeline and referrals

•       Run post-event follow-up: log new contacts in Pipedrive, send tailored follow-ups, and convert conversations into meetings

•       Identify new event, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities relevant to Stamina’s growth

Discovery and Qualification

•       Run discovery calls with founders, sales leaders, and revenue owners

•       Use frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or SPICED to qualify fit, pain, budget, and timing

•       Map the prospect's current sales process, tools, and gaps to position the right Stamina solution

Demo, Proposal, and Negotiation

•       Deliver tailored product demos of Pipedrive CRM and related tools (Apollo.io, Make, Cloudtalk, Krisp, Dexatel, Webflow)

•       Build proposals, pricing, and basic SOWs aligned with the client's needs

•       Negotiate terms, run multi-step deal processes, and drive deals to a clear decision

Closing and Handoff

•       Close new logos and hit your monthly and quarterly revenue targets

•       Document scope, requirements, stack, and success criteria during the sales cycle

•       Run clean handoffs with the Project Delivery Specialist so implementation starts on day one with no surprises

•       Stay involved as the commercial owner through onboarding and expansion conversations

What We Are Looking For

•       0 to 1 year of work experience; recent graduates and career changers are welcome

•       Native or fluent Armenian, Georgian & English

•       Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, on video, in writing and in person at events

•       Presentable, professional, and comfortable representing Stamina in public-facing settings

•       Motivated by targets and willing to be measured by your numbers

•       Curious, coachable, and eager to learn modern B2B sales fast

•       Organized and disciplined; you can run a pipeline without dropping the ball

•       Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools (CRM, email, LinkedIn, sequencers)

•       Bachelor's degree
