What You'll Own

•      Strategy & Leadership — Design and execute the go-to-market plan for Georgia, from pipeline to close.

•      Team Building — Recruit, coach, and scale a high-output sales team of SDRs, AEs, and managers.

•      Revenue & Forecasting — Own quota, pipeline health, and accurate revenue projections.

•      Process & CRM Excellence — Build the workflows, sequences, and automation that turn effort into results.

•      Business Development — Open doors with enterprise accounts, strategic partners, and key clients.

•      Market Expansion — Identify white space and lead Stamina's push into new verticals and segments.

•      Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with marketing and ops to drive demand generation and client satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

•      3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS products sales 

•      Proven track record of scaling teams and hitting ambitious revenue targets

•      Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

•      Fluent in Georgian and English

•      Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills

•      Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools

•      Organized and disciplined

•      Experience with CRM platforms and modern GTM strategy is a strong plus
