What Makes This Role Different

You won't be selling random products. You'll be helping businesses transform the way they sell — introducing them to the most impactful GTM tools and systems available today. Your work directly translates into measurable revenue growth for your clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Discovery & Qualification

  • Run discovery calls with founders, sales leaders, and revenue owners
  • Map the prospect's current sales process, tools, and gaps to position the right Stamina solution

Demo, Proposal & Negotiation

  • Deliver tailored demos for GTM Solutions, Pipedrive CRM, and related tools (Apollo.io, Make, CloudTalk, Krisp, Dexatel, Webflow)
  • Build proposals, pricing structures, and SOWs aligned with each client's specific needs
  • Negotiate terms, manage multi-step deal processes, and drive opportunities to a clear decision

Closing & Handoff

  • Close new clients and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Document scope, requirements, tech stack, and success criteria throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct clean handoffs with the Project Delivery team so implementation begins on Day 1 — no surprises
  • Remain the commercial owner through onboarding and expansion conversations

Events, Networking & Brand Presence

  • Represent Stamina at industry events, conferences, partner meetups, and community gatherings
  • Network with founders, executives, and partners to generate new pipeline and referrals
  • Execute post-event follow-up: log contacts in Pipedrive, send tailored follow-ups, and convert conversations into meetings
  • Identify new events, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities relevant to Stamina's growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in IT B2B Sales, Consulting Sales or Account Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Native or fluent English (Arabic or Georgian is a strong plus)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting live product demos
  • Professional, polished and comfortable representing Stamina in public-facing settings
  • Motivated by targets and comfortable being measured by your results
  • Tech-savvy and fast to learn new tools and platforms
