GTM Playbook Engineer
Stamina is looking for a GTM Playbook Engineer who will own end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies and playbooks that turn our clients into long-term success stories. This is a hybrid account management + GTM role for someone who loves both the structure of project execution and the creativity of building repeatable revenue motions.
At Stamina, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with CEOs, founders, and revenue leaders of small and mid-sized businesses across Armenia, Georgia, the USA, the UAE, and beyond - helping them launch GTM motions that drive pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
GTM Strategy & Playbooks
- Design tailored go-to-market strategies for each client based on industry, ICP, region, and revenue goals
- Build outbound, inbound, and account-based playbooks: sequences, scripts, objection handling, qualification frameworks
- Define sales stages, exit criteria, KPIs, and pipeline metrics inside the CRM to make the strategy executable
- Create SDR / AE workflows, follow-up cadences, and CRM hygiene rules that drive measurable conversion improvements
- Develop reporting dashboards and KPI tracking so clients can see pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue impact
- Continuously refine playbooks based on performance data, win/loss analysis, and client feedback
Client Delivery & Success
- Act as the primary delivery owner from kickoff through post-launch optimization
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, automation, integrations, training) to deliver on time and on scope
- Run executive review sessions with founders and revenue leaders to align outcomes and next steps
- Identify upselling and expansion opportunities (additional tools, advanced automations, RevOps services)
- Capture lessons learned and converted them into reusable Stamina delivery templates and playbooks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS, sales operations, RevOps, CRM consulting, or GTM strategy
- Strong project management skills - able to run multiple international projects in parallel with clear timelines, scope, and stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of modern outbound tooling (Apollo.io, Make/automation platforms, Cloudtalk, sequencers)
- Experience in building or executing GTM strategies, sales playbooks, or outbound motions for B2B clients is a plus
- Fluent Armenian & English (written and spoken)
- Outstanding client communication, executive presence, and ability to influence founders and revenue leaders
