Cloudtalk, a cloud-based call center software, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive market growth. You’ll introduce businesses to powerful cloud communication tools, ensuring they get tailored solutions that improve efficiency and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads for Cloudtalk in the Georgian market
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and product consultations with potential clients
  • Understand customer needs and position Cloudtalk as a solution
  • Close deals and support new customers during onboarding
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM and hit monthly sales targets
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors in the Georgian tech landscape

Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS or telecom sales, ideally with cloud-based software
  • Native or fluent in Georgian or in Armenian; strong English skills are required
  • Knowledge of call center, VoIP, or cloud communication tools is a plus
  • Organized and driven with excellent client-facing skills
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
