Location: Armenia, Yerevan

Cloudtalk, a cloud-based call center software, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive market growth. You’ll introduce businesses to powerful cloud communication tools, ensuring they get tailored solutions that improve efficiency and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads for Cloudtalk in the Georgian market
- Conduct demos, presentations, and product consultations with potential clients
- Understand customer needs and position Cloudtalk as a solution
- Close deals and support new customers during onboarding
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM and hit monthly sales targets
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors in the Georgian tech landscape
Requirements
- 2+ years in SaaS or telecom sales, ideally with cloud-based software
- Native or fluent in Georgian or in Armenian; strong English skills are required
- Knowledge of call center, VoIP, or cloud communication tools is a plus
- Organized and driven with excellent client-facing skills
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
