Role Overview
Location: Armenia, Yerevan
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales relationships with corporate clients, such as office buildings, institutions, and large organizations. This role focuses on providing tailored supply solutions across HSS’s product lines and growing long-term, high-value client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with B2B clients across various industries
- Understand client procurement needs and develop custom proposals
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to purchasing departments
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Negotiate pricing, volume deals, and contract terms
- Follow up on deliveries, invoices, and reorders to ensure a seamless experience
- Analyze market demands and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Strong consultative sales and client relationship management skills
- Familiarity with supply chain and procurement cycles in corporate environments
- Fluent in Armenian; English proficiency is a plus
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline
