About Process
We began by defining the ideal attendee profile and the types of companies and decision-makers Stamina wanted to connect with during WCIT 2024. Using advanced filtering criteria such as industry, role, location, and company size, we built a highly targeted lead list from a large pool of potential attendees.
We then verified contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, to ensure outreach could be executed efficiently and with confidence. The result was a focused prospecting process that enabled Stamina to maximize networking opportunities and connect with high-value prospects before, during, and after the event.

The problem
At WCIT 2024, Stamina needed to identify and connect with high-value leads - decision-makers, potential partners, and clients - among thousands of attendees. Manual lead research wasn’t scalable for such a fast-paced, high-volume event.
