About Process
We started by reviewing Anywish’s customer management and communication workflows to identify where information was fragmented across different tools and channels. We then implemented a centralized CRM system to consolidate customer data and streamline day-to-day operations.
Automated reminders were configured to help tour managers stay on top of customer follow-ups, while targeted email marketing workflows were created to promote new travel packages to existing customers.
